ヘルスカナダの化学物質安全性局はAspergillus oryzae (pCaHj621/BECh2#10) および Aspergillus niger ASP72の2つの系統に由来するアスパラギナーゼの認可申請についての安全性評価を終了した。
アスパラギナーゼはアミノ酸アスパラギンをアスパラギン酸に加水分解する酵素である。
