福島原子力発電所事故後の日本からの飼料や食品の輸入に関する特別条件についての指令No 996/2012

2011年3月25日に指令No 297/2011が実施されてから事態の進展に伴ってNo 961/2011、No 284/2012と入れ替わってきた。それをさらにNo 996/2012（この指令）に置き換える。
日本から提供された事故後2回目の収穫シーズンの食品や飼料の放射線についての26000以上のデータを考慮して既存の規制をレビューした結果、いくつかの輸入条件を緩和する。
