2008年の意見を更新するもの。In vitroの実験で脳の神経細胞への水銀の影響についての懸念が提示されているが、水銀の暴露はアマルガムの取り外しや装着時が最も多いので既に使用中の問題のない詰め物を外すことは正当化できない。
