PLOS oneに発表されたBfRの研究成果。使い捨てタイプの3種類のアルミニウムメニュートレーで調べたところ、EUの特定溶出限度SRL 5mg/kg食品を最大6倍超過するアルミニウム放出が確認され、予期せずタリウムも検出された
