2005年3月31日の時点で発効している国家MRLについてEU加盟25カ国から報告を受け、個々の農薬/作物の組み合わせについて最も高い濃度をリストアップした。最終更新日は2005年9月29日である。
この文書は情報提供のためのもので、法的価値はない。この情報はEFSAに提出され、安全性評価の結果を受けて規制に盛り込まれる。規制が発効するのは採択の6ヶ月後である。それまで各国では各国規制が有効である。
