Biactonは現在子ブタ用に認可されている飼料添加物で、その適用範囲の拡大を申請している。標的動物での耐性試験では有害事象は観察されず、申請された使用条件でのニワトリ肥育用、七面鳥、卵用ニワトリへの使用は安全であると結論した。
