慢性リンパ性白血病のため代替療法を3年にわたって受けていた77才女性の重症低ナトリウム血症の症例報告。血液学的には患者の状態は安定しておりこのような高価な代替療法の必要性はなかった。代替療法のより適切な規制が望まれる。
