Bt11xGA21はBt11とGA21の交配により作出したもので先に評価されたCry1Ab、PATおよびmEPSPS蛋白質間に相互作用は認められない。Bt11xGA21はもとのトウモロコシと同様に安全である。従ってBt11xGA21トウモロコシは提案された使用方法でヒトや動物の健康、環境への悪影響はない。
