ChromoPrecise®は塩化クロム存在下で酵母を培養して得られた3価のクロムに富む製品である。生物学的利用度は塩化クロムの場合より10倍高い可能性がある。ラットでの90日試験からNOAEL は 2500 mg/kg bw/day ChromoPrecise®であり、WHOの推奨する250 microg/dayの摂取量を超えなければ安全上の懸念はないと結論した
