フィンランド安全性化学物質局(Tukes)は2022年までの期間、責任、説明義務、リスクに基づいたアプローチ、デジタル化、協力を推進する。Tukesは新しい種類の管理方法を開発し規制の作成に密接に関与する。また現在のコミュニケーションの傾向にあわせて、セーフティ絵文字safety emojisを導入した。
