ブロックについている小さい磁石が取れたという報告をいくつか受け取っている。小さい磁石は子どもが誤嚥したり飲み込んだりする可能性がある。もし複数の磁石を飲み込むと、お互いにくっついて腸壁に穴を開け、死亡に至ることがある。
