地震や干ばつ、戦争などは人々の身体的健康のみならず精神的・社会的健康や福祉に影響する。
8月19日の世界人道の日World Humanitarian Dayに、WHOとWar Trauma Foundation (WTF) と World Vision International (WVI) が「精神的応急処置：フィールドワーカーのためのガイド」を発表する。
