ヘルスカナダは栄養表示、成分リスト、食用色素の規制を変更する。新しい規制の執行にはCFIAが責任をもつ。この変更は栄養情報をよりわかりやすくしてカナダ人が情報を与えられた上での選択をできるようにするだろう。企業は新しい規制に従うまで2016年12月14日から5年間の移行期間がある。食用色素の仕様と合成色素認証要求廃止は直ちに発効する。
