食物環境衛生署及び食品安全センターは、生の肉への使用が禁じられている保存料である二酸化硫黄が生の豚肉サンプルに検出された。定期的なサーベイランスプログラムの結果で、9ppmの二酸化硫黄汚染であった。
- マカオ政府より‐ GB基準値を超える鉛が検出された中国本土からのJiabao Preserved Mandarin Peel (佳寶九制陳皮)に対して警告。
