Consumer group investigates trans fats
現在EUでは表示義務のないトランス脂肪酸であるが、消費者団体が食品中の含量を調べ、多数の食品に検出されたため心血管系に悪影響を及ぼしているとしている。
米国では2006年1月からトランス脂肪酸含量表示が求められる。
