たとえば低用量影響については現行の安全性試験ガイドラインでは見逃されている可能性があるが、低用量影響のデータがしっかりしていないため再現性や妥当性検証が必要などの意見が出され、低用量問題を生産的に前進させるためには、規制上の対応をとる前に内分泌攪乱物質の低用量影響についての確実な根拠が必要である、アレイなどの新しい方法論については妥当性検証のための国際プロジェクトが必要などの提言を行っている。
ワークショップの結論はECとEFSAに提出される。
