食物環境衛生署及び食品安全センターが日本の茨城県からの6つのネットメロンが関連する食品安全規定に違反し、香港に不正に輸入された。日本の農林水産省発行の放射能証明書と輸出者証明書の添付がなかった。

食物環境衛生署及び食品安全センターは、食べられないキノコまたは毒キノコの種類が含まれる疑いがあるため、上環の店で販売されたキノコ類を食べないよう市民に呼びかけた。
